PET STAIN & ODOR REMOVAL

Remove the odor,
not just the smell.

Air fresheners and store bought sprays cover pet odor for a day. We treat what is actually causing it with enzymes that break down urine and stains in the fibers and the padding below.

How we treat pet damage.

Finding every spot matters more than scrubbing any one of them.

STEP 01
Find It
Old accidents are usually bigger and in more places than you think. We inspect the room and locate the affected areas before treating anything.
STEP 02
Enzyme Treatment
An enzyme solution is applied to the source, not just the surface stain, so it can break down the crystals that hold the odor.
STEP 03
Dwell Time
Enzymes need time to work. We let the treatment sit and do its job instead of rushing to extraction.
STEP 04
Hot Water Extraction
Hot water and strong suction rinse the broken down residue, stain and odor out of the carpet.
STEP 05
Deodorize
A finishing deodorizer neutralizes what is left, so the room smells clean rather than perfumed.
WHAT WE HANDLE

Common pet problems.

Some of it comes out completely. Some of it we will tell you honestly about first.

Urine in carpet
The most common call we get. Enzyme treatment plus extraction addresses the odor at the source instead of covering it.
Vomit & tracked in messes
Pretreated, extracted and deodorized. The sooner it is treated the better the result, but older spots still respond well.
Odor in the padding
Repeated accidents soak through into the pad and sometimes the subfloor. We can treat it, and we will tell you if replacement is the real fix.
Dander & allergens
Pet dander settles deep in the fibers and keeps triggering symptoms. Extraction pulls it out rather than kicking it back into the air.
Rugs & upholstery
Pets rarely limit themselves to the carpet. We can treat area rugs and the furniture they sleep on in the same visit.
A previous owner's pet
Moving into a house with a smell you did not create is a very common call. A full treatment usually makes a dramatic difference.
FAQ

Pet odor questions.

Will the smell come back?+

If the odor source is in the carpet and pad and we treat it, it should not. If urine has reached the subfloor after repeated accidents, odor can return in humid weather, and we will tell you if we think that is the situation. If we clean a stain and it resurfaces, just let us know and we'll come make it right.

Are the products safe for my pets and kids?+

Yes. We use professional grade, low residue solutions that are safe for children and pets once dry. If you have specific sensitivities, tell us when you call and we will accommodate.

Should I point out where the accidents were?+

Please do. It helps a lot. We will also inspect for spots you may not know about, since old accidents spread wider under the surface than they look on top.

Does it cost more than regular cleaning?+

Pet treatment is an add on to a standard cleaning, priced by the number of affected areas. The instant estimate tool itemizes it so there are no surprises.

Can you save carpet a puppy has ruined?+

Often, yes, especially if it is recent. Bring us in early and the odds are much better. If the pad or subfloor is past saving we will say so instead of selling you a cleaning that will not fix it.
