Almost every job follows the same formula, but each service is tailored to you.

Inspect
We walk the rooms with you, check the carpet type, and point out any stains or worn traffic lanes before we start.
STEP 02
Full Vacuum
A thorough vacuum first pulls out the loose dirt, hair, and grit, so the deep clean can get at what's left.
STEP 03
Pretreat & Agitate
We apply a pre-treatment to stains and high traffic areas, then work it into the fibers to break the dirt loose.
STEP 04
Hot Water Extraction
Hot water and strong suction rinse the loosened dirt, stains, odors, and cleaning solution back out of the carpet.
STEP 05
Optional Protectant & Scent
If you'd like, we finish with a Scotchgard protectant and a light scent to keep the carpet cleaner and fresher.
STEP 06
Dry
We groom the carpet and set up fans to speed up drying, so the rooms are ready to use again sooner.

Carpet cleaning questions.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?+

$65 per room up to 300 sq ft, $40 per hallway, and $3 per step on stairs. Optional add ons are Scotchgard at $20 per section and pet enzyme treatment at $15 per room. Use our instant estimate tool for an itemized quote, same as what we'd quote you on the phone.

How long does it take for carpets to dry?+

Most carpets are dry within 8 to 16 hours. Good airflow speeds things up considerably. We run specialty drying fans while we clean, but we recommend opening windows or running fans of your own after we're done. High-traffic or heavily soiled areas may take a bit longer.

When are you available?+

Any day, night, morning, evening, any time. We work around your schedule.

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?+

We ask that you move large furniture out of the areas you'd like cleaned before we arrive. We can shift small, light items out of the way, but we're not able to move large or heavy pieces. The more clear the space, the better the result. We're happy to work around anything that stays put.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?+

Yes. We use professional grade, low residue solutions that are safe for children and pets once dry. If you have specific sensitivities or product preferences, just tell us when you call. We're happy to accommodate.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?+

For most homes, once or twice a year is a good baseline. Homes with pets, kids, or allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning every 6 months. High traffic commercial spaces may need it more frequently. Ask us about a maintenance plan.
