It depends on traffic. Most offices do well on 6 month schedule, while restaurants and high traffic retail often need it more often. We can look at your space and recommend an interval.
Most commercial carpet is dry within 8 hours, and we set up fans to speed that along. If we clean overnight, you are open as usual the next morning.
