How much does carpet cleaning cost?+
Pricing depends on the number of rooms, square footage, and any add ons like pet treatment or Scotchgard. Use my instant estimate tool for transparent, itemized prices. No surprises, same as what I'd quote you on the phone.
How long does it take for carpets to dry?+
Most carpets are dry within 8 to 16 hours. Good airflow speeds things up considerably. I run specialty drying fans while we clean, but I recommend opening windows or running fans of your own after we're done. High-traffic or heavily soiled areas may take a bit longer.
When are you available?+
Any day, night, morning, evening, any time. I work around your schedule.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?+
I ask that you move large furniture out of the areas you'd like cleaned before we arrive.
I can shift small, light items out of the way, but I'm not able to move large or heavy pieces. The more clear the space, the better the result. We're happy to work around anything that stays put.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. I use professional grade, low residue solutions that are safe for children and pets once dry. If you have specific sensitivities or product preferences, just tell me when you call. We're happy to accommodate.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?+
For most homes, once or twice a year is a good baseline. Homes with pets, kids, or allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning every 6 months. High traffic commercial spaces may need it more frequently. Ask us about a maintenance plan.
